Alabama Public Television (APT) is a statewide public television network dedicated to enriching the lives of Alabama citizens through educational, cultural, and informative programming. Established by the Alabama Legislature in 1953, APT operates nine digital transmitters across the state; each broadcasting four separate channels. We provide a diverse range of content that includes educational programs, documentaries, and entertainment.
